The building is part of an urban reflection aimed at the symbiosis between the built environment and the landscape. This voluntary approach, jointly carried out by the project owner and the design team, aims to place biodiversity at the forefront of this operation. The ground floor houses the offices of the EDEN group, which affirms its commitment to environmental and sustainable construction by moving into this exemplary bioclimatic building.
